EQUALITY OBJECTIVES
In order to further support pupils, raise standards and ensure inclusive teaching, we have set the following objectives:
By 2026 we will ensure our school environment clearly shows positive images of disabled people, of both women and men in non-stereotypical gender roles and of people from a wide range of ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds.
By 2026 there will be no identifiable trend between boys and girls achieving age-related expectations in writing.
By 2026 95% of staff will feel confident to effectively promote equality and diversity across all subjects.

At Lace Hill Academy, our values underpin all we do. We have three core values: integrity, resilience and respect. They form part of our everyday learning at school and support our children in having the confidence to develop and use their core beliefs and positive influences to make the right choices.
